MEET THE TEAM
A recent UNSW graduate (B.A.) 19' and part time postgraduate student (DipMA). Emma has decided to slow down her studies to pursue some hands-on experience in the Risk and Advisory industry. Within Capstone she has supported the team in IT General Control Reviews and RCM systems for internal and external audits of private and public sectors. Emma has also assisted the team in client relations and administrative assistant tasks.
She also brings her skills in Adobe, Web development and Project management to build upon Capstone’s contemporary understanding of the B2B marketing platform to Capstone. She has had training in corporate marketing services as well previously involved in start-up and entrepreneurial marketing and management roles (self-employment, 5 years).
Andrew has over 30 years experience in providing a range of risk management, internal audit, assurance, IT and financial services to both public and private sector organisations. Andrew has recently retired from EY as a Risk / Internal Audit partner where he was responsible for over 14 Internal Audit programs covering a variety of clients across Australia and a range of special Risk projects for Transport NSW and corporate clients.
Andrew Little has now returned as the Managing Director of Capstone Asia Pacific after 4 years at EY to lead the operations in Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore, Jakarta and our new office in Hong Kong, which provides a flexible multi-dimensional service delivering IT Audit & Risk, Project Assurance, Data Analytics and Internal Audit services to clients across ASEAN.
Isabelle is one of the Director for Capstone Asia Pacific with over 9 years combined experience with Protiviti & Big 4 consulting environment performing a range of business process, consulting, assurance services to both public and private sector organisations. She has undertaken a wide range of IT risk and control work for a number of financial, telecommunication, manufacturing, aviation and retail clients.
She has experience identifying and testing the effectiveness of general computer controls environments for internal and external audit, review of key application systems controls and underlying operating systems environments, data migration reviews, assessment of security and integrity of business processes for Sarbanes-Oxley engagements, and security assessments of bespoke application systems prior to their implementation.
Recently Isabelle worked with CBA to assist in the sale of the Insurance group to AIA insurance. Her work over several months went to depth in areas such as operation and regulatory compliance, supply chain risk as well as technology and offshoring risks.
Johan has extensive experience in IT and Risk Management in Australia and South Africa and Australia.
He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and more than 10 years’ experience in the public sector having worked for ABSA Financial Services, BankCorp Data and Santam Bank in South Africa and Deloitte in Australia.
His experience includes working in facilities management, systems software, information security (Manager of the Information Security for a large bank) and risk management roles (Head of IT Group Operational Risk Control and CAATs Departments for a large bank). His expertise and experience in Risk and Security Management spans a range of strategic and technical areas.
As a former Director at IAB he has managed a significant number of large public sector agency IT internal audit engagements/relationships and related specialist IT consulting assignments. He was one of the founder members of Centium responsible for ICT Risk, Information Security, Information Management, Consulting and Project Management including Assurance.
